  Some customers prefer a high-tech pre-employment screening service.  Other customers want personal contact via the good "old-fashioned" telephone. 

We provide the style of service that you need.  We will get on the phone with you to discuss our report or we will send an email.  If you want real-time information, you can sign up for a ClearStar Network account to access the information through a secure Internet connection.

Company President

  In 2003, Paul Hamilton decided to utilize his 25 years of experience in pre-employment screening to found Employment Profile. Paul wanted to provide thorough, timely, and accurate pre-employment screening services for employers of all sizes. He realized the importance of background checks in today's world and, with his knowledge, skills, and experience, he helps large and small companies hire safe and hire smart!

Paul's previous employment includes two years as Manager of Pre-Employment Services at Claimsource, and 23 years as an insurance investigator and supervisor at Business Information Company. While employed there, Paul created and led the Pre-Employment Background Check Division. Paul also has security experience and a BA in Administration of Justice from the University of Pittsburgh.

Paul Hamilton is also active in the local community and with his family. With Employment Profile, he has joined the Norwin Chamber of Commerce. He is the Chairman of the North Huntingdon Township Civil Service Commission. Paul is active in the Norwin Track and Field Boosters and has served as President of the club for several years.

Paul, and his wife Jeannette (Huemme) live in North Huntingdon, PA. They are proud of their three sons. Matthew is a police detective with the Anne Arundel County Police Department in Maryland. Mark is a Trooper with the Pennsylvania State Police, serves in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, and is a veteran of the Iraq War. Eric, the youngest, is still in school.

  Based in North Huntingdon, PA in Westmoreland County, Employment Profile serves the local community (including Greensburg, Latrobe, Ligonier, Irwin, North Huntingdon, Hempfield, Penn Trafford, Harrison City, Jeannette) and the surrounding counties in Western Pennsylvania including Allegheny County  and the greater Pittsburgh region, Fayette County, Somerset County, Greene County, Washington County, Beaver County, and more.
